*1/2c Quinoa
*2c Manischewitz Vegetable Broth
*Dash Himalayan Pink Salt
*Fresh Ground Peppercorn
*1 Sliced Med/Lg Carrot
--Place Quinoa in medium large saucepan and let toast 3-5 min.
--Add Veggie Broth
--Bring to a boil and lower heat to a simmer
--10-15 minutes into boiling process add carrot slices
--Let cook additional 10-15 minutes until all liquid has been absorbed.
