1/2 c Old Fashion Oatmeal
1 c water
Dash Himalayan Pink Salt Crystals
1/4 tsp Maple Flavoring
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Chia Seeds
---Place all ingredients in small saucepan with lid.
---Medium heat, mix until boiling begins.
---Cook on low heat 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until water evaporates.
---Shut off heat and cover with lid.
***Walk away****
Place in dish, drizzle with Raw Honey and mix nuts and raisins.
Possibilities are endless!
