Chia Seeds Pudding (basic)

**Chi Seeds Pudding**
2 Tbs Chia Seeds
1/2 c Almond Milk
1/2 c Low Fat Yogurt
Pinch Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1Tbs Raw Honey
--Place all ingredients in bowl with lid, stir with fork or whisk until smooth.
Place in fridge overnight.
*In the morning drop either fresh fruit or frozen and ENJOY A SUPER REFRESHING SUPERFOOD!!!!
