OatChiFlax

*1/2 c Old Fashioned Oats
*1c Water
*Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt
*1Tbl Chia Seed
*1Tbls Flax Seed
*1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
*1Tbls Honey or Maple Syrup or Algave
--Place all of the above in medium saucepan, bring to a boil and lower to med-low for liquid to dissolve.
--Stirring occasionally for non sticking on bottom.
--Up to 5 minutes or until cooked.
--Shut off and let sit a few minutes covered.
--Place in serving dish.
--Garnish with Trail Mix or fresh fruit...(endless options..make it to your liking), drizzle again with Honey.
