Steam Fried Sweet Potato

*1 Med/lg Sweet Potato (Root Vegetable that has a  Pink to Dark Purple skin color)
*4 Tbs Grapeseed Oil
*Himalayan Pink Salt
* Fresh Ground Peppercorn
--Peel Sweet Potato and cut sort of thick as if making Fries
--Heat pan and Grapeseed Oil then place Sweet Potato in pan
--Add Salt & Peppercorn and cover
--Let cook med/low stirring every 3-5 minutes until tender, crispy and brown edges. Total time approx 15 minutes.
