Sauteed Garlic Tofu

* 14 oz Extra Firm Tofu (remove from water, place in drainer overnight or a few hours)
Dice in cubes about an inch
*2 crushed Garlic gloves
* Himalayan Pink Salt
* Fresh Ground Peppercorn
* 2Tbs Grapeseed Oil
* 1 packet of Sazon with Saffron
  • Place diced Tofu, crushed garlic,salt & pepper in bowl and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Heat Grapeseed Oil in non-stick skillet.
  • Medium High heat and then place Tofu mix.
  • Cook 5-7 minutes, stir carefully occasionally to brown sides.
