Coconut Milk Quinoa Porridge

*1/2 c Quinoa
*1 1/2 c Coconut Milk (SO Delicious brand)
*1/2 c water
*Dash Himalayan Pink Salt
*Pinch Ground Cloves
*1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
*1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
*1/4 Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste (or Vanilla Extract)

  • Place Quinoa in medium saucepan
  • Medium High heat, toast Quinoa 3-4 minutes
  • Stir in Coconut Milk and water along with rest of ingredients
  • Bring to a boil and let simmer on low heat 25 minutes or so until all liquid is consumed
  • Let it cool, add frozen blueberries and raspberries
  • Drizzle with Agave
  • Shave Ghirardelli Square 60% Cacao for garish
