*1 1/2 c Coconut Milk (SO Delicious brand)
*1/2 c water
*Dash Himalayan Pink Salt
*Pinch Ground Cloves
*1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
*1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
*1/4 Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste (or Vanilla Extract)
- Place Quinoa in medium saucepan
- Medium High heat, toast Quinoa 3-4 minutes
- Stir in Coconut Milk and water along with rest of ingredients
- Bring to a boil and let simmer on low heat 25 minutes or so until all liquid is consumed
- Let it cool, add frozen blueberries and raspberries
- Drizzle with Agave
- Shave Ghirardelli Square 60% Cacao for garish
