-1c of grains cooked in 2 & 3/4c of water or your favorite Broth. (following instructions on bag)
**Serves 4-6**
---------Crusted Tofu---------
*1 bag Rosemary Olive Oil Potato Chips (crushed fine)
*1 14oz Extra Firm Tofu (sliced lengthwise 8pcs
*Salt
*Pepper
*Sazon with Saffron
*Whole Wheat Flour
*1 beaten egg & Almond Milk
*Grapeseed Oil
*Non Stick Skilled/Pan
--Pat dry the Tofu Slices
--Season with salt, pepper, and Sazon( keep in mind chips are salted)
--Dip Tofu in WW flour, then dip in
--Egg mixture, then dip in
--Crushed Potatoe Chips
--Place in heated pan med-high
--Turn once.

--Serve a portion of Granissimo
--2 slices if Crusted Tufu
